James Mobley, Chief Executive Officer
James Mobley is a proven corporate and early stage executive with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. James played a significant role in the evolution of the security industry as President and Chief Executive Officer of @stake, Inc., an industry leading international security consulting and products company that was acquired by Symantec Corporation in October 2004. Post acquisition, he led Symantec's Professional Services organization as Vice President, Americas. Prior to Neohapsis, he was President and CEO of Intrusic Corporation, a security software pioneer in internal threat intelligence.
In addition to Symantec, James has also successfully led major organizations and held key executive positions at IBM, Digital Equipment (HP) and Compaq (HP). James has been recognized nationally for his leadership accomplishments, both in large organizations as well as early stage companies.
Ron Lescinskas, Chief Financial Officer
Ron Lescinskas brings over 17 years of financial operations and general management experience of technology and professional services companies to Neohapsis.
Prior to Neohapsis, Ron was a Senior Director at Symantec Corporation, a global leader in infrastructure software and services. In his role, he was responsible for the financial and operations strategy of Symantec's Americas Services business unit. Prior to Symantec, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for @stake, a security consulting and products company that was acquired by Symantec in October 2004.
Before @stake, Ron was a Director at Cambridge Technology Partners, responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the North American Business Unit, a $400 million dollar operating entity. Previously, he worked as a manager for Deloitte & Touche, LLP and as a senior analyst for the Boston Water & Sewer Commission.
Ron graduated from Salem State College and received a MBA from Northeastern University.
Greg Shipley, Chief Technology Officer
Greg Shipley is well known in the industry for his insight into technology and product trends. He is a contributing editor for Network Computing and a frequent speaker at conferences such as the Institute for Applied Network Security, and Networld Interop. In 2001, Greg received the prestigious Neal Award from the American Business Media for "Best Single Article," and continues to be a prolific author today. Over the past ten years, Greg has been responsible for evaluating, testing, and writing about the evolution of information protection technology.
Gregg LaRoche, Vice President, Product Management and Marketing
Gregg has over 15 years of experience bringing information technology hardware, software, and services solutions to enterprise markets worldwide. Most recently, Gregg was the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Intrusic Corporation, a pioneer in internal threat detection. Prior to that, he was the Director of Product Management at Imprivata Inc., a technology startup in identity management and security solutions, providing a single sign-on and network access appliance that included strong authentication, biometrics, and credential management. Prior to Imprivata Inc., Gregg was the Director of Product Management at Ubizen N.V., a European leader in IT security solutions providing transaction security software, managed security services, and integration/consulting services. Gregg has also held key product management and marketing leadership positions at RSA Security and Andover Controls Corporation.
Kristine Briggs, Vice President, Corporate Operations
Kristine Briggs has over 20 years experience leading enterprise and start-up operations, process reengineering initiatives, and management and security consulting projects. At Neohapsis she is responsible for overall corporate operations, acquisition due diligence and successful integration.
Prior to Neohapsis, Kristine was Senior Director of ISV Operations at Crossbeam Systems, and had senior roles at Intrusic, Inc. and Symantec, where she was Director of Strategic Consulting. Prior to that, she was part of the executive team that grew @stake, a venture-backed computer security consulting firm, from start-up stage to its acquisition by Symantec in October 2004. As @stake's Director of Operations, Kristine was responsible for the consulting infrastructure, methodologies, and quality processes. Prior to joining @stake, Kristine was Manager of the Bio-Pharmaceutical Center of Excellence at RWD Technologies.
Kristine has a BA from Antioch College, a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis and Design from Queensland University of Technology in Australia, and a MS Ed from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bruce E. Elsner, Senior Vice President, Services
Bruce Elsner brings to Neohapsis 25 years of experience in the high technology industry which ranges from software engineering, consulting, to management. Bruce was one of the founding partners of AOmega and was responsible for company operations which included infrastructure operations, financial, legal, human resources, and professional services delivery. Prior to founding AOmega, Bruce was the Central region Vice President of Services at Savvis Inc. Prior to Savvis Inc., Bruce held key management positions at Exodus Communications and Cable & Wireless America.

Terry Allen, Vice President, Sales
Terry Allen brings to Neohapsis over 20 years of executive management, marketing, and sales experience in the information technology industry. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Office of Certus. Prior to Certus, he led Global Account Sales for Knowledge Impact Inc. (KI), an enterprise performance support company and was Vice President, Global Sales for CompuSoft Canada Inc., a publicly traded software development company specializing in document management and e-procurement.
As the sixth full time employee at CompuSoft, Terry was instrumental in building the global sales team, providing sales leadership and strategy while providing CompuSoft with demonstrated revenue growth. Previously, Terry was a Senior Sales Director with Information Systems Management (ISM) jointly owned by IBM and Telus Communications where he was honored with the ISM Excellence Award in 1996 for sales achievement. From 1993-1997, ISM grew from $30M to over $210M in annual sales.
Anton Wootliff, Vice President, Engineering
Anton Wootliff, most recently the Chief Technology Officer at Certus, brings to Neohapsis over 14 years of experience in the architecture and implementation of web-based systems and information technology infrastructure solutions, together with project management experience of complex systems deployment.
Previously he was responsible for the deployment of TELUS' National Long Distance business phone system, Canada's National Palliative Care Learning Management Repository system, Morgex's Online Insurance multiple provider quoting system and IKON Office Solutions' National Marketing and Prospecting system. As a senior consultant he specialized in e-Commerce solutions, developing corporate strategies, system outsourcing/co-location plans, highly available system architecture, 3-tier server systems, security technologies and portal systems.
Anton holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Alberta, Canada.
Gerri Masciangelo, Vice President, Professional Services and Support
Gerri Masciangelo has 20 years of progressive experience in management, marketing and sales. Gerri has had extensive experience building a number of consulting businesses. His practical, articulate, creative and enthusiastic qualities combined with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners have allowed Gerri to implement strategic initiatives with a number of Fortune 500 companies. Gerri is visionary with strategic analytical skills. He has held senior positions with Advanis, EPCOR and Terra Prime. Gerri holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Alberta, Canada.
